The Brioche is stuffed in layers with rice, Duxelle of mushrooms,
a Mousseline of Fillet of Sole, baby spinach and a whole Fillet
of Salmon in the center. The brioche is fresh golden and crusty,
and served steaming from the oven. A classic winter feast.
