Demonstration Classes: provide full recipes, a demonstration of cooking methods, followed by ample portions. Classes usually include an appetizer, entrée, a side dish, and dessert. Limit 25 per class.

Practical Classes: provide "hands on", step by step instruction and recipes in the preparation of selected dishes. Each student learns how to cook selected appetizers and entrées. We then enjoy ample portions around la bonne table. Limit 12 per class.

You may reserve any available class or design your own private class. Private class: Minimum 6, Maximum 16.
