Imagine what you want to cook, and for whom you want to cook.
Cook for those you love and love those for whom you cook.
Amichevole e divertente (Friendly and Fun)
1. Fire does the cooking. Let the fire do the cooking: first the fire of imagination, then the flame.
2. Cook for health and taste.
3. Hygiene. Cleanliness always. Follow the regs.
4. Cooking is slow. Move slowly, cook slowly, work safely, efficiently. Start early, finish on time.
5. Cooking is fun. Enjoy it or don't do it. Talking about food is fun. But keep focused. Silence is good too.
6. It's all details. Pay attention to instructions. Measure carefully. Be intuitive, but know the ingredients, methods and recipes first, then experiment.
7. Ask for help and give help. A team is a network of help.
8. If you need to let off steam, let it off slowly. Steam burns. Some things are to hot to handle, use gloves.
9. Alone its a schlep. As as a team, its still a schlep, but you can enjoy it.
10. If you want to cook, want to clean.
11. Mistakes are sometimes new recipes and inventions. Know when they are and when they are not.
12. You are what you cook.
